Commission Order / inquiry

Commissions can be requested through [Ko-Fi] or you can email me with your commission request [email protected]. Please read the terms of service fully before requesting.please include the information listed below in your request.

3. Character appearance and information: Their name and a short description of their background and personality as well as character references ( either photos, artwork, screenshots, doodles or descriptions work fine )
4. Idea of art: mood / scene description, posing if you have a preference.
5. Background: preferred color for simple background ( if any ) or description of detailed background
6. PayPal email address: ( or email you would like the invoice to be sent to)
7. Social media handles ( if any, If you would like to be tagged when posted )* if any additional information would be benefitial for the commission, feel free to include.

Commission Process

Upon receiving your commission request email/ Ko-fi, I will confirm whether I will accept or decline the commission.once your commission is accepted:-Once payment has been received I will begin your sketch and send it for approval. During this stage I am the most open with making changes.
- Once sketch is approved I will begin the next stage of the commission (line-art and flat colors, shading and rendering, depending on commission type )
- I will send one final update during my finishing touches stage in which small changes are fine, but larger changes will incur an additional fee based on the time needed.
-Once Completed I will email you the PNG file via email/ Google Drive.

Terms & Conditions

GENERAL TERMS

PAYMENT

- Payment is primarily via Ko-fi which accepts most debt cards/PayPal
- Full payment upfront is required, but for commissions totaling over $500, partial payment may be requested. ( partial payment : 50% upfront and the remaining 50% must be paid on or before completion )
- No refunds after payment received

CANCELLATION

- If the Client cancels the commission, all the payments made by the Client to the Artist will not be refunded. and the Artist has the right to offer the use of any work produced to another party.
- If the Artist cancels the commission, the Artist is obliged to return all fees paid by the Client, and the Artist is prohibited from providing the use of commissioned artwork to any party.

REVISIONS AND EDITS

- You can request revisions only during the sketch and rendering update periods.
- Minor adjustments ( colors, adding/ subtracting/ adjusting small details) are free
- Major adjustments after the sketch ( regarding pose, composition and perspective) that are requested after the sketch has been approved will not be accepted.

UPDATES, COMMUNICATION & DELIVERY

- Finished a commission may take from 2 weeks to 2 months after the sketch is approved. Depending on complexity and workload at the moment.
- Regular email updates will be sent at each stage of the commission progress, and client approval is required to continue.
- Any deadlines must be communicated and agreed upon before starting a commission, and tight deadlines will incur in additional charges.
- You will get a full- resolution PNG file ( approx 4000px at 300 DPI) of the final drawing. All completed pieces will be delivered via email/ Google Drive.

COPYRIGHT USAGE

Copyright is retained by me; the artist, for any commissioned artwork. The commissioned artworks are for personal use only - Reproduction or sale of the commissioned work is not permitted.if the client wishes to purchase the right of the piece for commercial use, this must be stated at the beginning of the inquiry.All commissions will be posted on my social media and become one of my portfolios ( It is possible to ask for the commission to be posted at a later date. )You ( the client / commissioner
- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website/ social channels, as well as print the artwork for yourself as a physical print.
- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my ( the artist's) consent.
- You are NOT allowed to use the commissioned artwork in anything related to crypto art/ NFTs, and using the artwork as an AI prompt is forbidden.
